Family-friendly loop in Upper Bavaria north of Munich. Where the excavators once quarried gravel, a large regional recreation area, the "Hollerner See", was created between Eching and Kreuzhof. Bathing enthusiasts and nature lovers will get their money's worth here. There is a parking lot for a fee and also toilets and a very nice kiosk for snacks nearby. Dogs are not allowed in many parts of the lake during the bathing season (between May and September).
