Coquillade Provence holds an A Roch Rank, which places it among the very best dog friendly hotels in the world, and this Relais & Châteaux estate in the Luberon has built its canine welcome with real care. Dogs are welcome throughout the public spaces, including the lobby, the salon and the terrace, though not inside the bar or restaurant. Your dog may stay in the room unaccompanied, there is no weight limit so larger breeds are as welcome as small ones, and up to two dogs are welcome per room. Selected suites even come with their own private pool.
The in-room welcome is generous, with a dog bed, proper food and water bowls and treats all provided, and the kitchen offers a K9 Sommelier menu designed especially for four-legged guests. The estate has gone to real lengths outdoors too, with a dedicated Paw Garden for dogs on the grounds and a private forest trail for walks straight from the property. Pet-sitting is handled by the hotel's own team if you want to dine or head out without your companion, staff are trained to look after canine guests, and the concierge keeps an emergency vet's number to hand.
For exercise there is the garden, the forest trail, and green spaces and parks close by, with poop bags, dog-walking services and walk-route guidance to help you make the most of them.
