This hotel is not certified. Assessed against the Roch Dog Friendly Standard, El Encanto failed to meet one of our minimum requirements: it does not welcome dogs in its bar or lounge.
On the plus side, most rooms are dog friendly; dogs are welcome in the terrace; there is no weight limit; a dog bed is provided; free treats are given; and no damage deposit is charged.
On the downside, there is a $175 per pet fee; there is no dog walking or sitting service; and there is no garden or dedicated dog space on site.
