Up to two dogs can share a room, and dogs are welcome in the bar and the restaurant, so you are not shut away at mealtimes. There is no weight limit. The hotel provides a dog bed and free treats, and dog walking can be arranged. An emergency vet number is kept at the desk, and green spaces and parks are close by, with staff on hand to point you to the good walks.
No toys or poo bags are provided, there is no garden or dedicated dog space on site, dogs cannot be left alone in the room, and staff have not had formal training for canine guests. The answers we are missing are straightforward ones, and certification is open as soon as the hotel fills them in.
