The hotel provides free treats and dog walking can be arranged. Green spaces and parks are close by, with staff on hand to point you to the good walks. The hotel also runs dog friendly activities, puts on dog friendly events and supports pet charities.

The hotel sets its dog fee as follows: $150 USD per stay up to 5 nights. Additional $150 deep cleaning fee per stay from 6 to 30 nights. For stays beyond 30 nights, deep cleaning fee will be at the hotels discretion. A damage deposit of $150 USD is charged, and there is a weight limit of 50 lb, so check ahead if you travel with a larger dog. No dog bed, toys or poo bags are provided, there is no garden or dedicated dog space on site, dogs cannot be left alone in the room, and staff have not had formal training for canine guests. Your dog stays in the bedroom for the duration, and that is what keeps this hotel out of certification.
