In the room itself the provision is real. A dog bed is provided, along with real food and water bowls, one dog is welcome per room, and cats are welcome too. Dogs are welcome in the garden, and there are green spaces and parks close by. The dog fee is 500 MAD per stay, and there is a weight limit, so check ahead if you travel with a larger dog.
Beyond that the offer stops. Dogs cannot be left alone in the room, no treats, toys or poo bags are provided, there is no shower area or dedicated dog space, no dog walking, sitting or grooming service, no guidance on walk routes, no emergency vet number is kept, and staff have not had formal training for canine guests.
