No Weight LimitHotel Prezydent Dog Friendly Review
Hotel Prezydent holds a respectable B Roch Rank, and it earns this with a genuinely warm approach to dogs. Your dog is welcome in the bar, the restaurant and on the terrace, and there is a garden dogs may use. The restaurant even has its own menu for dogs, and there are green spaces nearby for walks, with the hotel able to send you a map of the area. There is no weight or size limit, so dogs of any size may stay.
Practically speaking, a dog bed can be borrowed with advance booking, and dog food is available to buy on site. Dogs stay only in rooms set aside for the purpose, a dedicated arrangement rather than a free run of the hotel. The fee is 60 zł per day, which is fair given the range of spaces on offer, and there is no damage deposit required, which is a welcome touch. Cat owners staying too must manage litter themselves, which shows the hotel has thought through its pet arrangements generally, and the pet policy is shared with guests before booking so there are no surprises on arrival.
The drawbacks are worth noting. Not all rooms take dogs, so you will need to book one of the designated ones, and your dog may not be left alone in the room at any point during your stay, which means your plans will need to work around him. There is no dog wash area, no dog-walking service and no poop bags provided, so you should come prepared for daily care yourself. This stay suits an owner who wants their dog alongside them throughout the day, in the restaurant, bar, terrace and garden, and who does not mind close supervision duties. Owners needing to leave their dog unattended for work or long outings should look elsewhere.
