Nice little easy and affordable excursion out of Florence to get away from the city. Cross the river and go straight up into the orchards. It takes about 3 hours with a 20 minute packed lunch for a decent workout with great views. It's all on asphalted or hard surfaces which make it easy for both cycling and walking. Here you can enjoy beautiful Tuscan views and lots of cypress and olive trees.
