This is a peaceful but busy area close to central Vancouver, and you will walk from the False Creek City views into the deep spare change metropolis to the Coal Harbour Marina NV views into the SP and City Beaches. There are a variety of city terrains, parks, and marinas to see. Overall, this is a nice and easy loop with something for everyone.
