This is one of the best ways to see why Victoria is one of Canada's most beautiful cities. This trail will let you walk along the bay, and there are lots of benches, parks, and viewpoints to enjoy. There are big blocks you can walk on below the actual breakwater. This is a gorgeous spot for sunset or sunrise, depending on the weather.
