This section of the Yuragir Coastal Walk connects Angourie Beach to Lake Arragan via spectacular coastal tracks. The trail was damaged significantly in the 2019/2020 bushfires but repairs have since been completed that make this trail a scenic and very usable option for those looking for unobstructed coastal views.

A beautiful coastal trail through the Yuraygir National Park on the northern coast of New South Wales, located near Lake Woolweyah. This out and back route begins and ends from the Mara Creek Picnic Area. The trail itself is a nice firm sandy track leading you all the way to the cliff line where you'll find the Durrangan Lookout. Return via the same route.

This trail takes you through lush rainforest to some beautiful views at Iluka Head. The trail is easy and perfect for a family adventure. You can bring a picnic and your bathers and enjoy a nice picnic and swim at the beach at Iluka Head. Plenty of birdlife can be spotted along the trail, including whipbirds and fantails.

A fantastic and challenging route that takes you up the Middle Creek to Scouts Falls that's well worth the effort. Along the Middle Creek you'll find plenty of great swimming holes to relax and rest as you make your way to or from the waterfall. This trail is off track so be prepared to scramble over rocks and possibly get your feet wet.

Enjoy this gorgeous walk through Evans Head down to New Zealand Beach and back, passing Red Hill Beach and Chinaman's Beach along the way.
