This pleasant track circuits around a section of the Sandy Creek Conservation Area in Lyndoch, SA. This specific route offers an alternative starting point to the other trails in the area, commencing from Pimpala Road. You will be traversing through beautiful native pine and pink gum via undulating forest trails, keep your eyes peeled for our much-loved furry friends, kangaroos, roaming about as they're often spotted grazing on the grasslands at dawn or dusk.

This is a lovely trail that can be enjoyed by the whole family and taken at a slow pace. It's also a perfect trail for beginner trail runners and mountain bikers alike.

Sandy Creek Conservation Park is an aptly named area that preserves some of the last remaining sandy soil lowlands of the Barossa Valley in South Australia. Expect the trail to be sandy throughout, and occasionally muddy. The track is easy and well suited to all ages. Children will love the abundance of kangaroos and if you visit in spring a colourful display of wildflowers. A circuit through Landcare Reserve bushland near Altona, South Australia. This lovely trail through an undulating area and there are also beautiful views. The reserve is home to kangaroos and plenty of birds. Lots of large ants so wear suitable shoes. This uses all the tracks in the reserve, but there are shorter loops you can do if time is tight.

An awesome trail located not too far out of Williamstown, South Australia. The trail begins from the Ross Fire Track and follows part of the famous Heysen Trail through open farmland down to Freeman Hut Campsite. The second half of the trail takes you on a circuit through beautiful forest down to Old School Campsite.
