This short walk around the Lac de Miel in Corrèze is located on a site classified as a Natural Zone of Ecological Interest, Fauna & Flora. An interpretive trail allows you to discover and observe a multitude of species. During the summer, water activities are offered on the lake. A great family outing to discover nature.

Depart very close to the Saint-Martin Church in Albussac for a discovery of the Cascades de Murel and the Saut de la Prade. Much of the route runs along the La Valeine river on the Sentier de la Valeine. The Cascades de Murel are made up of three successive waterfalls which flow into the steep and wooded gorges of Franche-Valeine. The water rushes through a maze of rocks before flowing into the Dordogne. Hiking trail with yellow markings.

The start of this hiking trail is in the parking lot of the tourist center of Le Coiroux near Aubazine in the department of Corrèze. This route draws a loop of about 5 km which bypasses the lake of Coiroux and the golf course of the Parc de Coiroux. A course without particular difficulty ideal for a family outing.
