This route represents stage 2 of the GR®131 and takes you from Autun to La Croix Messire Jean. You will cross the communes of Couhard, Les Fontenotes, Maupoy and Vauvillard. Along the way you will pass by the Couhard Pyramid, the Saint-Léger-de-Couhard church, the Brisecou waterfall, the Cloix pond, a menhir, the Prieuré pond and the Neuf pond.

This walk from the hamlet of Couhard begins with the Pyramid of Couhard. Then, it takes the Chemin de la Cascade de Brisecou to the waterfall of the same name. From there, take the Chemin de Montmain to the picnic area, then follow the Chemin des Chèvres to the Château du Petit Montjeu. Then return to the starting point via the Chemin de Saint-Blaise à Couhard.

This hike departing from the Vallon lake takes you to the Brisecou waterfall padssant by the pyramid of Couhard, the church of Saint-Léger-de-Couhard, the castle of Petit Montjeu, the cathedral of Autun as well as the military cemetery of Autun. You will pass from the countryside to the old town, from the Coihard stream to the old village of the washerwomen and its ramparts.
