From the city center you can get to the Weser Skywalk on the Hanoverian cliffs via the Holzweg, where you can also learn interesting things about "wood and forests". Over the cliff path made of sandstone steps, it goes 100 meters up to the Weser Skywalk (surefootedness is required here). Once at the top you have wonderful views of the Weser Valley and the adjacent beech and oak forests.
