This is a great place for bird watching. It is open from dawn till dusk and includes a visitor center. This is a "city" park with full facilities. Parking is free and the paths are wheelchair-accessible. Trails are well maintained and marked. Surfaces vary from asphalt paths, lots of bridges, boardwalks, and dirt paths.
