Some areas are a bit messy due to beach erosion (sometimes from the last hurricane) and an influx of Sargassum grass on some unmaintained areas where you will have to get off your bike and walk. The worst section going south between El Divino and Banana beach. Only one blocked property which is rarely seen on this island. Otherwise mostly a good hard-pack beach.

Trail along the Billy Barquedier creek that leads to the waterfall and then returns to make the ascent through the rainforest path to the highest point of the Billy Barquedier National Park. Besides being a nice place to observe birds, you can find animals like jaguars, tapirs and howler monkeys.
