This is a well-maintained single track for mountain-bikers of all skill levels. The south side is tight and twisty while North side is more linear. Walking trails are mostly on the North side of the park. The trails are also pretty popular, so mountain-bikers recommend coming in the morning during summer to have a more quiet ride.

Part of this trail is paved and part is wood chips or dirt, so all-terrain strollers or motorized wheelchairs may be needed here or only the paved part of the route may be possible with mobility equipment. There is a nice variety of wildlife, including many birds, insects, a few turtles, and some white tail deer in the distance. Overall, this trail offers folks a gentle walk, great for all ages and abilities as it is mostly flat.
