This trail is mostly wooded with a few creek crossings along the way. Typically you can walk across some rocks but if it has recently rained the water can be higher and the rocks are submerged. There is limited parking along Landing Road, so an early start is recommended on the weekends to beat the crowds.

This loop begins from a small lot along Landing Road. Any early start is recommended if you're visiting on the weekend. There are several trail junctions along the way, so downloading the map is helpful for navigating. Highlights include rolling hills and enjoying the sights and sounds of the forest.

Great Section for trail runners, mountain bikers, walkers and hikers. Share the trail! Tree jumps abound but there are loops for walkers to bypass them. There is a small stream crossing where you have to step on rocks. This is a good trail to use trekking poles. Parking at Landing Rd. or at the top of Cascade Falls trail can get crowded. Only other option is to park at the swinging bridge (River Rd.) and hike it all the way up.
