Eliza Fox Trail is a moderately-trafficked trail with termini at the intersection of Squaw Run Road and Hunt Road and across from Beechwood Farms Nature Reserve's parking lot. Much of it follows a creek. The trail includes many natural highlights, and the hill grades range from easy to moderate, with the latter mostly located just beyond Riding Meadow dog park.

Beechwood's five miles of trails wind through several distinctive habitats of southwestern Pennsylvania: hardwood forest, pine forest, meadow, and pond. The trails are open from dawn to dusk every day free of charge. To help keep Beechwood a special place, please stay on the trails and leave your pets and bikes at home.
