From the village of Jezerca, the trail leads to Prošćansko Lake, the first and highest lake in Plitvice Lakes. The lake belongs to the group of Plitvice Uper Lakes. In the village of Plitvice Ljeskovac, the trail goes to the source of the Black River, the queen of Plitvice Lakes. The Crna and Bijela rivers are the two most important tributaries that make up the Matica river and thus create the first lake Prošće and then Plitvice lakes.

This attractive cycle path starts from Prijeboj and continues through the forest along the border of the Plitvice National Park towards Rastovača and further towards Špoljarić's sawmill on the Korana river. The path leads over Korana, to the other side of the river towards the village of Turkaljuše and the Veliki slap, the highest waterfall in the Plitvice National Park. The path continues along the Kaluđerovac, Gavanovac and Milanovac lakes towards the village of Plitvički Ljeskovac and back...

This trail leads from Mukinje to the river Korana, crosses to the other side and continues towards the village of Turkaljuše. It passes above Veliki slap and continues to Plitvice village and Bigina poljana and further briefly along Prošćansko lake towards the source of the Bijela river. The Bijela river springs from several smaller springs through a gravelly-sandy base covered with rocks that then merge into a single stream.

The path leads from the village of Mukinje towards the settlement of Plitvička jezera and further into the forest in the northwestern part of the National Park, towards the Tupi Medveđak (868 m) peak. It is one of the three peaks on the Medveđak mountain, which is especially interesting in the spring, when the forest has not yet leafed out, or in the fall, when the leaves have already fallen. The trail leads from Plitvice Lakes (Entrance 2) to the peak of Oštri Medvjeđak (884 m), the highest peak of the Medvjeđak hill above Plitvice Lakes. The trail is rewarding and interesting and well marked. Tourist trails to Medvjeđak were built in the 19th century, and today's markings mostly follow those old paths.
