This is a highly popular attraction with incredible views of Los Angeles. There are two ways to reach the vista; one way is to walk up a steep set of stairs. The other way is a series of more gradual dirt switchbacks that also reach the summit. The route on this page was the hiker going up the stairs, and then down the switchbacks.
