The GR®14 or Sentier des Ardennes is a long route in stages which connects Paris to Monjoie in Belgium. The trail starts at Porte Dorée in the 12th arrondissement. It crosses the Île de France, Picardy, Champagne-Ardennes, Lorraine and finally Belgium where the finish is located in the Eifel National Park. This route, mainly in the plains and in the valleys, does not present a significant difference in height. Along the way you will cross many forests but also rural France.
