This is a nice, short trail that is well marked. There is a steep hill down near the beginning, which has to be climbed back up on the way out. The bottom of the ridge is very scenic and pretty easy. There’s a nice bench to sit and rest halfway up in. Be aware that crossing the first bridge will take you to the nearby neighbourhood (not pictured on the map). The far end of the trail may occasionally be closed for high water.

This is an easy hike with good trail conditions, and a great option for those staying at Redstreak Campground. There are a lot of changes in elevation but nothing too strenuous. The road is not too far away from the path and can be heard at certain points on the way. There is a lovely view of a waterfall at the end and there are many mountain goats to see on the way there.
