This Cycle Path of the Coastal Park is about 42 km long (round trip) with an altitude difference of 120 m, very easy, also suitable for younger children. There is no shortage of opportunities to stop and drink good wine or eat excellent fish. The start is in San Remo and along the road passes through Arma di Taggia, Riva Ligure, Santo Stefano al Mare, Piani Ciapin up to San Lorenzo al Mare.

This very demanding route arrives in Apricale - the culminating point in the alpine regions and is about 64 km with 1200 m of altitude difference: Sanremo - Ventimiglia - Dolceacqua - Isolabona - Apricale - Perinaldo - San Romolo - Sanremo.

A nice excursion near the famous town of Sanremo. The route mainly takes place on a paved road that is not too busy and proceeds in an anticlockwise direction. The excursion passes through the town of Sant'Antonio, Verezzo and then returns to the starting point. From Verezzo it is possible to follow the path to reach Monte Bignone (1299m).

This is a fantastic hilly route from Seborga to Monte Nero through a forest. The ascent to Monte Nero (606m) takes place on a mountain bike track and the descent on a wide ridge also suitable for mountain bikes. The return to Seborga passes through Colle del Ronco (564m), Colla del Montenero (590m) and takes place mainly on a dirt road. The complete itinerary of this excursion is as follows: Seborga - Colle del Ronco - Lisega - Monte Nero - Colle del Ronco - Colla del Montenero - Seborga.

A walk around Poggio di Sanremo starting from the car park on Via Grossi Bianchi south of the town and proceeding in an anti-clockwise ring. The route takes place entirely on the road and passes by the Church of Santa Margherita d'Antiochia and Monte Calvo (212m). Along the way it is possible to admire a beautiful view of the coast of Sanremo.
