This inviting afternoon stroll starts in Trin Mulin and heads through the cultural landscape to the source of the Isla. Then it goes further along the way of the Via Lada over the fields back to the starting point. It is an open terrain, without much shelter, where one is exposed to the sun, especially in summer. So please don't forget to bring adequate sun protection and water.

The crystal-clear Crestasee (Lag la Cresta) lies between Flims and Trin in the canton of Graubünden at 844 m above sea level. Cresta means "ridge of terrain" so Lake Cresta is called "lake on the ridge of terrain". The lake can only be reached on foot or by bike and is surrounded by forest on three sides. It is fed by underground springs and the water level has changed little over the years.
