This is a beautiful and hilly trail around Vista View Park that features a unique amount of elevation for Florida. The trail surface is made of hard-packed mulch and dirt and makes for a great jog or walk. There are beautiful views of the lake which can sometimes have a couple of alligators nearby. Many sections of this trail are exposed and bringing sun protection is advised.

This is a short trail that leads visitors through a beautiful oak hammock.

This route is the "warmup" in the area for this extensive mountain biking trail system. This is a great beginner trail and showcases a taste of what riding at Markham Park is like. The surface is single-track sand/dirt with little to no roots or rocks in the path. There are many other trail connections to extend your ride in this park.

This route is also known locally as the Outer Loop of the mountain bike trails at Markham Park. This route is built for adaptive mountain bikes with hard cranks and are the wider of all the trails. This is a hard-packed gravel road that is intended to be used by both mountain bikers and hikers. The area is great for viewing wildlife and many alligators can be seen along the marshes. Many sections of this trail are exposed and bringing sun protection is advised. Bug spray is recommended due to the number of bugs present in the warm months.
