A pleasant excursion starting from Poggio Colacchia (399m) and continuing clockwise. The route takes place mainly on paths along the Via di Pietra Rossa which reaches Monte Coronato (945m). From here you return to the path that follows the Via sella Tomba al cane and Via della Fonte all'Oppio until you return to the starting point.

A pleasant walk around the village of Sassetta. The route starts from the car park on Via di Castagneto and then follows the Via del Poggio path which proceeds clockwise to reach Poggio Santa Lucia (524m). From here proceed on the Antica Via Campigliese which crosses the Piani dei Brizzi and passes near Capo di Monte (522m).

A beautiful running route through the Tuscan countryside. The first km are quite steep and monotonous, then there is some variation. A beautiful route on well-trodden paths. The route starts from Castagneto Carducci and runs along the ancient Via Campigliese until you reach Poggio Santa Lucia where you continue on path no. 100. From here you enter the Poggio Neri Park and continue until you reach Suvereto.

A circular excursion starting from Castagneto Carducci, near the parking lot and proceeding clockwise. Most of the route is pleasant, mostly in the shade of trees and sheltered from the summer heat. Along the way there is drinking water, and several very beautiful viewpoints on the Elbe and the Tuscan plain.
