A very pleasant excursion to the south of Lake Garda, starting from Pedenghe beach. The route takes place entirely on footbridges and footpaths that allow you to admire different views and perspectives of the lake and to cross some towns along the road until you reach the port of Sirmione and pass by the Rocca Scaligera and the Castle.

This is a beautiful walk almost entirely paved that runs along the entire peninsula of Sirmione and reaches Jamaica Beach under the Grotte di Catullo. These caves are the ancient ruins of a Roman villa built at the end of the 1st century. Here there is also a museum that can be visited. The beach is not just sandy but quite rocky at times and you have to walk in the water on stones before you can dive. But you can still swim. Here you can also find a bar that sells food and drinks.
