This trail starts at Hotel Pynten, from where you will get through a forested area via the red path. Here you can enjoy the scenic surroundings through the forest, and may be lucky enough to meet some of the area's animals such as pheasants, squirrels and birds. You will also come through an open grass area which can be used as a recreation area.

This trail takes you along the coast between Vigsø and Klitmøller, where you can enjoy the beautiful nature. You will come through a large dune landscape, which is part of Thy National Park. The trail can both be cycled and walked, as large parts of the trail are via paved road. Along the coast, you will be able to see some of the many bunkers that the Germans left behind during the Second World War.

This trail takes you through the scenic surroundings of Tved Plantage, where on the northern part of the trail you will have a view of the Hanstholm Wildlife Reserve, Denmark's largest wilderness. In addition, you will also have a view of Savbjerget, which is a high dune area in the wild reserve. This trail takes you through parts of Vigsø town, which mainly consist of holiday homes. You will also come through the dune landscape down towards the beach, where you will find bunkers from World War II. The bunkers were built by the Germans during the war so they could keep an eye on enemies from the west. Large parts of the west coast have bunkers from the World War II.
