This route runs along many of Israels central beaches, starting at Herzliya beach and continues along the shore past HaZuk Beach. Make a short detour along the Yarkon River, and then proceed along Tel Avivs beaches to the Midron Yafo Park (חוף הרצלחה לפארק מדרון יפו דרך נחל הירקון). This trail is ideal for road biking, however can also be suitable for running.

Apollonia National Park (סידני אלי, מצפה ים ואפולוניה) is on a kurkar (calcareous sandstone) promontory facing the seashore of Herzliya. Within the park there is an impressive Crusader fortress which creates a romantic backdrop for couples in love, and also an exciting setting for children to let their imagination run wild. The EcoPark runs around the exterior of the National Park in an area which has been turned into a Eco Park to be enjoyed by the public.
