This park was named after former Johannesburg mayor in 1946, James Gray and his wife Ethel. According to the Rosebank Killarney Gazette, the couple even hosted the royal family when they visited South Africa in 1947. Here, you can kick back and spread out on the rolling hills, take in the stunning city views from a lookout point or enjoy one of the many walkways.

This is a full loop, so there are no trailheads. You can start at any point along the loop and continue until you reach your starting point. There are benches along the reservoir part of the trail. If you continue along the reservoir trail to the other side, there are bathroom facilities by the picnic area. Great suburban place, very calm and tranquil.

Delta Park is one of the biggest parks in Randburg, Johannesburg, South Africa. It is adjacent to the suburbs of Blairgowrie and Victory Park. It comprises 108 hectares of grassland and woodland, and three tree-lined dams. It has walking trails, a "sensory trail" and bird watching hides. The park includes the Florence Bloom Bird Sanctuary, a 7.5 hectare sanctuary that is also the oldest bird sanctuary in the city.

The ridge is one of the few wild spaces in the heart of Johannesburg and needs protection. With awesome views, bird life, plants and ancient quartzite dating back 3 billion years.
