The route begins by passing by the Lacona beach, and continues a stretch on the provincial road until you reach Case Muti, where you continue towards Punta della Contessa. From here it is possible to admire a beautiful landscape overlooking the sea and then continue and proceed for a stretch on Via Laconella and return to the starting point on the same path.

The route is almost entirely on the road and you pass the villages of: Marina di Campo, where you reach the port, continue towards Colle di Palombaia, Cavoli, Seccheto and Fetovaia. From here you return along the same path to Colle di Palombaia where you return passing through San Piero in Campo and Sant'Ilario.
