Here is a walk in the heart of Lyon that combines nature and urban environment. Departing from Lyon-Jean Macé, walkers will join the Rhône and follow the banks of this historic district of Lyon located to the south of the peninsula. The circuit passes through the Parc des Berges du Rhône and the Parc de Gerland also called Parc du Confluent. The return is done by taking the streets in the district of Gerland and La Mouche before returning to Lyon-Jean Macé.

The trail first follows the Anna Lindh Riverbank, then Karen Blixen. It crosses the Rhône at the Pont de la Guillotière, then the Saône on the Pont Bonaparte.
