This route is through the Francisco de Montejo Green Park, also known as the Parque Lineal los Pasos, in the beautiful city of Mérida. It is an excellent place to practice any sport in the open air, but it is especially well suited for running, walking, jogging, or mountain biking. This route would be great for getting outdoors and having nature walks. You start at Cerrada 72 and walk around the small lake formed by an old quarry on the outskirts of Mérida. It is a short and light path of 1 kilometer from start to finish. You can repeat it as many times as you like to increase the challenge. It does not have enough shade, so it is essential to use sun protection and stay hydrated.
