A nice bike ride on the west coast of Sardinia near Oristano. You start from the car park in Punta Su Bardoni and follow the paths, first climbing towards Mari Ermi and then descending until you reach Capo San Marco and the lighthouse, passing through various panoramic points. Just before arriving at the lighthouse, you pass Nuraghe Baboi Cabitza where you can take several photos.

Beautiful hike starting from the sea and ascending towards the highest peaks of Montiferru. In some sections, the trails are hidden by vegetation, but with a good GPS track, it is possible to follow the route. The views of the coast from above are breathtaking. The main points of interest along the itinerary are the archaeological site of Cornus (starting point), the ruins of "Su Palattu," the sources of "Elighes Uttiosos," the hut in the wood of "Bau Mela" and the "Sos Molinos" Waterfall.

A nice walk inside the Seu Nature Reserve. Starting from Zona S'Abba Arrubia, you pass by the Casa del Parco and proceed in an anti-clockwise ring. After passing by the centuries-old pine, with picnic tables, proceed towards Is Caogheddas and follow the coast to Torre di Seu where you can admire a beautiful landscape.

A nice excursion that can also be done during the evening, starting from San Giovanni di Sinis and following the path along the coast. You pass by the Turr'è Seu beach and shortly after proceed in a clockwise loop through the Seu Nature Reserve. Continue towards Is Caogheddas and pass by the Pozzo Nauragico Maimoni and then continue following the coast until you reach the Arutas beach.
