This is a very long loop trail, which is best if done over a number of days. One can mix hiking, driving and biking and do different sections of this hike in different ways. Begin in Tel Aviv (תל אביב לאילת מעגל מלא), and proceed South passing Beer Sheva, Avdat National Park, Mitzpe Ramon and the Timna Valley on the way. Then head back up north along road 90, passing Masada, the Deads Sea, Ein Gedi and Jerusalem on the way back.

This sun soaked route begins at the busy Jerusalem Beach (חופי מרכז תל אביב ועיר העתיקה של יפו) which starts at the end of Allenby, one of Tel Aviv main streets. From there it heads north to the Tel Aviv Marina before doubling back and running south towards the ancient port of Jaffa. The trail briefly loops around the Old City of Jaffa before heading back along the beach to the start point.
