Hike that goes around the park and the lake of Héron, starting from the district of Brigode in the town of Villeneuve-d'Ascq, in the suburbs of Lille. The lake is located in the Heron nature reserve, a true haven of peace in the middle of urban areas. You will also pass in front of Lac de Quincampoix, where you will find picnic tables if you wish to stop to eat.

This mountain biking or cycling tour is located to the east of Lille and begins at the level of the Asnapio Archaeological Park. The route goes through the Chemin du Grand Marais, Forest-sur-Marque, the Six Bonniers Leisure Center, Baisieux, Camphin-en-Pévèle, Gruson, the Héron Nature Reserve and the Lac du Héron, among others, before return to the starting point.

This hike is located northeast of Villeneuve-d'Ascq and starts from the Parc du Héron car park. The route passes through the Parc du Héron, the Lac de Quincampoix, the Chemin des Joutes, Quincampoix, the Lac de Canteleu, Cousinerie and the Parc du LaM, among others, before returning to the starting point.

This pleasant route from Bouvines in the North takes you on the banks of La Marque and in the Bois d'Infière towards Gruson. The landscaped course alternates between cultivated countryside and forest on a path along the water. Ideal for a family outing or for sports. To discover: The Church of Saint-Pierre de Bouvines, classified as a Historic Monument for its magnificent stained-glass windows which retrace the battle of Bouvines.

This hike is located to the east of Lille and begins near the town hall in Forest-sur-Marque. The route passes through Les Obeaux, the Héron Nature Reserve, Pres de Routoirs, the Lac du Héron, Petit Marais and partly runs along La Marque. The route continues through Chereng, Baisieux and the Six Bonniers Leisure Center, before returning to the starting point.
