A demanding excursion starting from Bagnoro, where it is possible to park in the parking lot of the cemetery and proceed in an anti-clockwise ring. The route passes through the Foce di Rigutino and then enters the Lignano Park and reaches Monte Camurcina (846m), passing through Pianacci (808m). From the top you return to the starting point passing through Fragnolo. Along the way there are several sources where it is possible to take water.

This medium-difficulty mountain bike route takes you along asphalted and dirt roads to Alpe di Poti (972 m) and Poggio Pollaio (961 m). Along the road through the woods there are numerous streams and streams with the possibility of making stops to eat and drink. The first part of the route follows the Bicchieraia stream.

The route can be done on foot or by bicycle and takes place partly on the road and partly on paths, along the Castro stream and passing by the Church of San Lorenzo in Pomaio and from Badia a Pomaio. Proceed through the Alpe di Poti and several very characteristic villages of the area until you reach the Badia di San Bartolomeo in Anghiari.

A bicycle excursion from Arezzo, in the parking lot near the Trento and Trieste gate, starts the route by going in the direction of the Arezzo stadium. From here you return and proceed in the direction of the Park of Villa Severi, and go along it and then arrive in the direction of Le Poggiacce. Proceed following the uphill path towards Biazzano and then San Fabiano. From here, after a stretch of along the Via San Filippo up to the Park of Villa Severi and finally to the starting point.
