Named for the most important grape in the Clare Valley, the Riesling Trail follows the former Spalding railway line that was converted to a recreational path in 1993. The Riesling Trail presents ample opportunity to visit vineyards, pubs, and coffee shops along the way. There is also bike-hire available from many of the towns along the trail, and some even offer one-way rentals with included pick up from the other end - perfect for a day of wine tasting by bicycle!

This scenic cycle route in the Clare Valley, SA, connects the towns of Watervale and Burra via mostly shared-use trails, and a small section of road. Enjoy views of vineyards, farmland, and natural bushland as you traverse through this changing landscape. The journey commences from Sollys Hill Road in Watervale and comences down the Riesling Trail, park a car at either end of the trail to easily drive back to your starting point once you've completed the route.

This is the last of the seven sections making up the Lavender Federation Trail (LFT), a 325km/202mi one way walking trail across Adelaide's Mount Lofty Ranges on Kaurna, Peramangk and Ngadjuri land. A point to point trail located in the mid north of South Australia, located in the Gilbert Valley. This point to point trail begins from the small town of Riverton and winds up in the centre of Auburn. The track follows the old rail line so it's pretty easy going the whole way. Start at the caravan park in Riverton and finish by quenching your thirst at the Clare Valley pub.

An easy walk among pristine nature of the Spring Gully Conservation Park. The hike is located in the Clare Valley near the small town of Sevenhill, about 130 km north of Adelaide, South Australia. Parking is available just off Sawmill Road, where several other hikes also begin. The track itself is mostly flat with a short and steep hill right at the end. A worthwhile walk, especially when combined with other trails in the park.
