A pleasant walk around the countryside of Antella, starting from Croce al Balatro and proceeding in an anti-clockwise loop. The route takes place partly on the road and partly on paths, crossing various streams and streams. The route reaches the Cantagallo forest and then returns to Antella.

A nice bike ride in the hills of Florence and Mugello, starting from Florence. The route begins uphill towards Ponte a Mensola, and between paved roads and paths, it passes by Castel di Poggio and reaches Poggio Pratone (702m). The itinerary descends slightly towards Colle Guadagni (651m), Vetta le Croci (518m), and Poggio Capanne (598m) until it reaches the Sanctuary of Monte Senario. From here, it is possible to admire a beautiful panorama before starting the return.

A pleasant circular walk, south of Florence, starting from the town of Grassina. The route proceeds counterclockwise passing through Vacciano and then reaching the Church of San Giusto a Ema. The itinerary largely follows the CAI route n19. The tour ends by returning to the starting point passing by the Castle of Montauto.

The start of this route is in Coverciano. From here you go up to Settignano to take the CAI path 2. Arrived towards Vincigliata, take path 6 for Poggio Pratone. Once you reach the ridge behind Fiesole, go back down the CAI path 9 which comes out in Querciola through a beautiful Roman road that follows a stream.

This route retraces the ancient Cassia Vetus, of Etruscan origins and is a hilly itinerary with hairpin bends and spectacular landscapes among vineyards, olive groves and small villages. Most of the route takes place on a paved road but can be done with any type of bicycle. The itinerary starts from Florence and reaches Arezzo passing through the Balze del Valdarno.
