A walk or a run starting from Parco Europa and arriving at Cascina Fabriziana. The route passes through the park of Villa Burba, from Piazza Marinai d'Italia and then proceeds clockwise crossing the Olona river. From here you return to the starting point passing by the Fontanile Serbelloni Park and the Cascina Orombella.

A circular route in the third largest park in Milan, after Parco Nord and Parco Forlanini. The Parco delle Cave is enclosed between the districts of Baggio and Quinto Romano. The park is not fenced and therefore always accessible. Inside the park there are four artificial basins, woods, streams, urban gardens, an agricultural area with water meadows and above all the Linterno farmhouse. Together with the Wood in the city and the Trenno Park it forms part of the South Milan Agricultural Park.

A pleasant bike ride in the Roccolo Park, starting from Villastanza. The route unfolds in a clockwise direction, passing through the WWF Wood Reserve of Vanzago and then proceeding in the direction of Casorezzo and subsequently Arcoriate. From here the route runs along the Villoresi canal until it reaches the Boschi dei Preti.
