This is a decidedly challenging excursion in wild and uncontaminated areas at high altitudes. The path reaches the solitary Lago Scarpia (2301m), under the slopes of Punta Ventularo and Becco di Cossarello. The inhabitants of these Alps are fawns, marmots and chamois. A circular route in Val Sesia starting from Rassa. The route proceeds clockwise following a well-marked path with red and white stripes. There are many steep grassy areas and greenery along the trail that make it difficult to see the trail. This path is not very popular and has the advantage of being in total solitude during this excursion, accompanied by extraordinary views.
