From here follow the Belvedere Path which reaches the area equipped with pic-nic tables where you can stop on the way or return. This is a beautiful historical walk through the archaeological park of the city of Segesta. This was founded by the Elymians between the 2nd and 1st millennium BC by Trojan refugees who crossed the Mediterranean Sea. Noteworthy for their beauty are the completely intact Doric temple and the temple built on a hill outside the city and considered one of the most beautiful temples of antiquity. A beautiful excursion in the Zingaro Nature Reserve that takes place in a loop. Very nice trail for a half-day trip. The route starts from the south entrance and proceeds on the well-maintained and undemanding path, which is also suitable for children.
