The view over Merano and the surrounding mountains is simply fantastic. Departure from the car park near Vicolo San Felice and proceed along the path until you reach the Rio di Monte Leben river.

The starting point of this circular hike can be reached with the Vigiljochbahn cable car from Lana near Meran. The path begins at the mountain station and leads uphill through a beautiful forest to the Schwarzen Lacke - Pozza Nera and the Gasthaus Seespitz Hut.
