A pleasant excursion that can be done on foot or by bicycle, starting near the town of San Silvestro and proceeding counterclockwise. The route takes place surrounded by beautiful views of the Tuscan countryside and following the paths passes from Monte Le Cevitelle (575m), from Fosso di Val di Pozzo, from the town of Palazzaccio and from the Castle of Montecchio Vesponi.

An easy but fun hike that reaches two peaks with great panoramic views, just outside Oprtalj. The trail starts at the Portole fork at the restaurant and is a gravel road between the two asphalted roads that go up. Along the way there is a spectacular view of Tuscany and Castiglione del Lago. Once you reach the top of Monte Castel Giudeo (1037m), you will find picnic tables with a beautiful view.

An excursion in the Tuscan countryside, starting from Via Luca Signorelli, near Portole you start the path until you reach the Portole-Novelle junction Poggio Nero Azzurrosi takes for a while and then returns back to Portole from where you take the path towards Monte Melello (953m). From here, after reaching the top, continue for a while and then return following the same path.

A path from Villa Piazzano to the foot of Monte Castelluccio (747m). The first section is steep, but then flattens out. Along the way you can admire a beautiful view of Lake Trasimeno. It is possible to park the car under the trees near the entrance of the villa, at the beginning of the path.
