This trail is in the beautiful city of Dharamshala. It starts from the market square and then continues on to the wilderness just adjacent to it. On crossing the wilderness one reaches the Museum of Kangra arts. Further moving on the trail one will come across Imperial Press. After this, a river accompanies throughout with some wilderness that has some nice and beautiful views. Once you turn back towards the market square, there are multiple eateries and cafes en route.

This trail takes you to the rural Mcleodganj region. Walking across the beautiful Dauladhar range this trail provides you with some of the most spectacular views. Although this part of the Dauladhar doesn't have thick forests all around but from the trek, views are vibrant green with snowclad Himalayan mountains in the background towering the whole area.

Although you won't find this to be a challenging walk around but the whole endeavor provides you with peace and serenity. Trailhead for this particular trail lies by the parking lot by the Namgyal Monastery which can be reached using a bus, taxi, cab, or a private vehicle.
