A walk or a run along the Ciane River, surrounded by a peaceful environment. Starting from Fonte Ciane, the trail follows the path until it reaches the Ponte di Pietra and then returns following the same path up to another bridge and returns to the starting point. This tour can also be done by bicycle.

Beautiful trail in the nature, with wonderful views, but challenging especially along the descent of stairs. It is advisable to wear long pants and sneakers or trekking shoes and to bring shoes for the rocks and swimsuit for the swimming pools. The springs are very cold and refreshing, but extremely deep. At the bottom of the canyon are clear blue pools and waterfalls. Along the way you can see tombs of ancient peoples that frame the walls of the canyon.

A walk or a run near Capo Murro di Porco, starting from the end of Via Capo Passero. From here you start the path that crosses the coast, passing by the Grotta delle Corvine, Grotta delle Stalattiti, Arco dell'Elefante and finally you arrive at the Capo Murro di Porco lighthouse. From here you can decide whether to take the same path or take the parallel road that returns to the starting point.

The route follows the perimeter of the Island, mostly following the seafront, with great views of the main city on one side and the big waves crashing against the rocky coast on the other.
