L'Oasi

A pleasant excursion starting from Pegli, near the parking area for Vetta dogs. The round trip follows the Salita Superiore Rapalli to reach the top of Monte Penello (998m). Around the summit there are the Zucchelli - Bruzzone Bivouac and the Arnaldo Bellani Bivouac. From here you return to the starting point following the same path. In the winter months there can be icy sections on the trail.

A bicycle escursion, entirely on the road, perfect route for training. Starting from the town of Pegli, on the Ligurian coast, north of Genoa, proceed towards Sestri Ponente and continue in the direction of Rivarolo. From here, follow the Polcevera stream until San Biagio, then deviate towards Canonero following the Burba stream.

A pleasant excursion that starts from Villa Durazzo Pallavicini and proceeds along the paths to Cascina Grimaldi. From here begins the Megamix path that crosses the Rio Croce di Boessa and then reaches the Fossa del Lupo. Proceeding along the route you pass from Bric delle Monache (448m) and you reach Bric Ferra (370m). This is a beautiful route that goes from the sea to the hills around Genoa with breathtaking views of the gulf. The departure The path takes place on the ridge of Monte Contessa (546m) and reaches Monte Figogna (804m) where there are also the Sanctuary of Nostra Signora della Guardia, the Chapel of the Apparition, a bar and a restaurant and the Casa del Pellegrino (where you can stay overnight). To return to the starting point you can take a bus.
