Villa Abbamer

A nice bike ride in the Castelli Romani Regional Park. It starts from Grottaferrata and proceeds towards Rocca di Papa to reach Colle dell'Acero. The route takes place in a clockwise loop mainly on paths passing from Colle dell'Acqua, Colle dell'Acero, Pian di Gerri, Monte Cavo (949m) and Monte Vescovo (822m).

A beautiful circular excursion in the Castelli Romani Regional Park. It starts from Grottaferrata and proceeds in an anti-clockwise loop passing through Colle dell'Acqua, Colle Giovannone, Colle Grotticelle, Pian di Gerri and finally Rocca di Papa. The route takes place half on paths and the other half on road.

A walk in the gardens of Villa Aldobrandini, in Frascati. The route begins entering from Villa Rasponi and continues in a clockwise direction, arriving as far as Villa Aldobrandini, whoever wishes can visit it, in groups with prior reservation. From here the itinerary continues making a tour around the Atlante fountain and proceeds following the paths until it reaches the Madonnina di Frascati and then returns to the starting point.

A pleasant walk suitable for the whole family to reach Monte Tuscolo (670m). The route takes place in the Castelli Romani Regional Park proceeding in a clockwise loop. Along the way it is possible to admire the ruins of a Roman Theater, an Acropolis and the Church of the Holy Trinity. From the top of Monte Tuscolo it is possible to admire a beautiful view of the Roman countryside.

A circular route, in the Castelli Romani Park, around Lake Nemi and Lake Albano. The itinerary takes place on the road and it is advisable to do it by car, motorbike or bicycle. A scenic route with beautiful views, starting from Grottaferrata, near the church of Sant'Antonio and proceeding in the direction of Lake Albano and continuing through Ariccia, Lake Nemi, Monte Sacro, Colle Angeloni, Le Crocette, Monte Tagliente, Monte Fiore, Monte Compatri, Frascati and back to Grottaferrata.
